This project provides for the construction of a dog park, four lighted pickleball courts, three lighted tennis courts, one lighted tennis court with striping overlay of four pickleball courts, two basketball courts, parking area, two restrooms, group picnic area and children's play area. The work includes but is not limited to earthwork, storm drainage, playground equipment, sports equipment, chain link fencing, site furnishings, stabilized decomposed granite paving, shade structure, site concrete, asphalt concrete paving, electrical equipment and controls, lighting, irrigation, soil preparation and planting as shown in the Specifications and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the City Engineer.
