The windows to be replaced are located at the City Hall main entrance rotunda area. Contractor is to propose the most efficient window with the appropriate R-Value while matching the existing glass on site. Tinting options should be included as an alternative in the proposal. All equipment needed shall be supplied by the contractor and operators will need all proper licensing to operate said equipment. Any damaged material surrounding the window area is to be replaced by the contractor. Caulking of frames or perimeter areas is to be included in the proposal. Project will need to be completed by October 1, 2023. A 15% contingency should be included in the project cost. Each proposal must contain the following: 1) The full name and names of the party or parties (Non-Collusion Affidavit); and 2) Evidence of General Liability Insurance from a company licensed by the State of Ohio in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for any accidental occurrence arising out of any act or omission by the Contractor which causes bodily harm or property damage, and shall cause the City to be named as an additional insured on the policy; and 3) Evidence of Workers' Compensation coverage.
