Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hudson, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, 200-room hospitality development; and 210,000-square-foot, one-story above grade retail development.
The project scope includes the new construction of a hotel and retail space on 158 acres on the southwest corner of the intersection. The hotel brand and scope details have not been released. As of February 15, 2024 the project is in planning stage. Pasco County has approved a rezoning request.
