Bid Guarantee for this bid in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid Guarantees must be in guaranteed funds such as Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, Bank Draft, irrevocable letter of credit, or similar cash instrument. Performance Bond: The Respondent must provide Opportunity Home a 100% Performance Bond for the total contract value; however, if the Respondent is unable to acquire the equitable bonding that is acceptable to Opportunity Home within ten (10) days of the signed contract, then the Respondent will be deemed in breach of contract. Payment Bond: The Respondent must provide Opportunity Home with a 100% Payment Bond for each Project Contract executed by Opportunity Home; however, if the Respondent is unable to acquire the equitable bonding that is acceptable to Opportunity Home within ten (10) days of the signed contract, then the Respondent will be deemed in breach of contract.
