Under general supervision, contractor shall perform semi-skilled and skilled tasks categorized as general plumbing at the Albany County campus in Laramie Wyoming. This would include but is not limited to installation, repairs and maintenance made to the utility lines, water main system, gas distribution system belonging to the college, domestic water piping, heating and chilled water lines, and mostly general plumbing. Work includes, general plumping repairs to plumbing fixtures to include replacements of, gas regulators, pipe fittings, toilets and associated parts, yard hydrants, sinks, faucets and water fountains as necessary. Work shall include all necessary labor, operations, accessories, incidentals, equipment, tools, shipping, materials and other work and/or services required to complete specific individual scope of work. Contractor will be required to provide ACC for approval a detailed written quote for each individual scope of work prior to initiation of said scope. Any work performed under the future contract cannot exceed twenty thousand dollars ($30,000) per project. LCCC reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. LCCC reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed to be in the best interest of the LCCC LCCC desires to contract with awarded contractor(s) for a period of up to five (5) years.
