Under general supervision, the Contractor shall install flooring for new or replacement installations at the Laramie County Community College main campus located in Cheyenne, WY and the Albany County Campus, located in Laramie, WY. Contractor will install owner-provided flooring or provide/install flooring as directed by Plant Operations, any other related parts or services to ensure safe and proper installation procedures are followed. These repairs and services may include but are not limited to; preparation of floors to receive a certain flooring cover that is prescribed; removal and replacement of carpet when needed, install matching trim and cove base as needed, as well as installation of other various types of flooring to include LVT and VCT. On Installation or repair of carpet, contractor is required to provide written quotes for material and labor prior to any work to be accomplished. Contractor shall also include all necessary labor, operations, accessories, incidentals, equipment, tools, shipping and all materials, unless provided by LCCC, to complete work. Contractor will maintain a clean/safe work area and remove from campus all material and trash concluding the project unless specifically stated by request made by LCCC Plant Operations. Contractor will be required to provide LCCC, for approval, a detailed written quote for each individual scope of work prior to initiation of said scope. Contract Period up to five (5) years
