Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stanwood, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Removal of the existing concrete boat launch and construction of new boat launch, floating boat dock, floating kayak launch with headwall, new HMA parking lot, boardwalk, concrete sidewalk, new copper waterline, precast concrete restroom building, regulatory signage, benches, trash & recycling bins, split rail fence, rain garden seeding, trees, lawn restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier s check payable to Grand Haven Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. Construction activities may begin immediately following notice to proceed which will be provided after MDNR Grant Approval of Low Bidder. Boat Launch and Fishing Pier to be completed with lake levels down approx. between Dec.1, 2023 and April 30, 2024. Questions related to the project shall be directed to Matthew G.
