Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Webster Groves, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Questions regarding the bid request should be made in writing to Scott A. Davis, daviss@webstergrovesmo.gov The City of Webster Groves reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality. The City of Webster Groves also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion. The City of Webster Groves is accepting bids from qualified vendors to furnish commercial fitness cardio equipment for the fitness center at Webster Groves Recreation Complex. A performance bond may be required, upon notification of award, from any or all successful Vendor(s) in the amount of 5% of the vendors award. The performance bond is required to ensure the timely delivery of properly functioning equipment as described in the bid request. Failure to meet a condition of this bid request may be reason for forfeiture of the performance bond.
