Site work and paving for a road / highway in Park Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of adding base course, then pulverizing and relaying Maple Ridge Road and Teeters Road, grading and shaping the roadway foreslopes as needed, shouldering, and turf restoration. The bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid price, payable to the Town of Lake, as a guarantee that the bidder, if bid is accepted, we will execute and file the proper contract and 100 percent performance and payment bonds within 15 days after the Notice of award. The Town ofnLake reserves the right to waive any formalities in the preparation of a bid and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the scheduled time of bid opening.
