BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited to replacing existing door controls with new, user-friendly vertical/inclined touch screens. Add system redundancy within housing units. Work for this project will be within the secured perimeter. This project will include door controls in 13 buildings totaling roughly 450,000 square feet. The existing door control systems range in age from roughly 20-30 years and are at the end of their useful life. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $3,000,000.00.
