Renovation of a detention facility in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of one-hundred percent of the Base Bid. The cost of these bonds shall be included as part of the base bid price. No individual sureties will be allowed. Surety must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids may be held by Montour County for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Montour County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
