The City of Milpitas is look for qualified proposals for a one time clean up in the Los Coches district LLMD 98-1. This clean up will remove all dead and dying plant material, all trash and weeds, and all pine needles etc. The company will need to be able to trim the Boston lvy at the 12 foot height and remove the rest of the plant material from the top of the wall to the 12 foot mark. The creek area belongs to Valley Water; however, the contractor will bid to remove all weeds in a 5 foot buffer zone and spray pre-emergent to stop weed germination.
