Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) routine/non-routine maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) services as described herein: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide routine/non-routine preventative maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning units and other related equipment. The services shall be performed at the 24 Caltrans Maintenance Stations and four (4) Safety Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA) within Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare Counties This Agreement will commence on September 15, 2023 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on September 14, 2026 (estimate). A Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) goal is not required
