Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Franklin Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. The public opening is for information only and should not be considered accepting or rejecting any bid. Award to the successful bidder will be made within sixty (60) days at The Centre at North Park, 10040 Addison Avenue, Franklin Park, Illinois 60131, and then continuing to The Franklin Park Ice Arena, 9711 Waveland Avenue, Franklin Park, Illinois 60131, The contractor is responsible for all measurements and must personally inspect the site to verify the scope of the work to be bid. The successful bidder must comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings, or enactments of any governmental authority which apply to the work or the project. The successful bidder shall pay Cook County, Illinois, Prevailing Wages as required by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and utilize equal opportunity hiring practices. Bidders are required to use the proposal form supplied with the bid document supplement. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside "SEALED BID: Park District of Franklin Park- Window/Door Replacement Project." Bids should be addressed to the following: W.B. Olson, Inc. c/o Park District of Franklin Park 9560 Franklin Avenue Franklin Park, IL. 60131 The Park Board of Commissioners of The Park District of Franklin Park, Cook County, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interests of the Park District of Franklin Park.
