The successful bidder must comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings, or enactments of any governmental authority which apply to the work or the project. The successful bidder shall pay Cook County, Illinois, Prevailing Wages as required by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and utilize equal opportunity hiring practices.
