The Offeror shall provide all required Janitorial Services for the Main Street Station (MSS) facility and Happy Day Transit Center (HDTC) as described below. Offeror is expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, cleaning agents, and equipment needed to provide the services. Location of Services: o Main Street Station (MSS) located at 777 W. Suite 170, Boise, Idaho 83702 o Happy Day Transit Center (HDTC) located at 5907 Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, Idaho 83607 Days and Hours of Services: o Main Street Station facility Cleaning services are required six days per week Monday through Saturday. Work must occur after the public has left the facility and the facility is closed. The facility is open to the public between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday. All cleaning must occur outside of these operational hours. o Happy Day Transit Center All work performed at HDTC must be completed between the hours of 7 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. Three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Contractor shall provide professional services on an as-needed basis as described herein for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on July 17, 2023, and expiring on July 16, 2024 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and condition for additional one (1) one year term.
