Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each Bid package shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, money order, or bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to the OWNER as security for the proper execution of the Agreement. The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Construction of new 20-ft x 22-ft well house including concrete foundation, building structure, interior piping, valves, meters, tanks, controls, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, development of production well, water main, water services, demolition of existing well house, SESC measures, HMA and concrete removal and replacement, site restoration, and all other miscellaneous appurtenances. The person submitting the request will be held responsible for its prompt delivery at least seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids.
