As of August 15, 2023, project was awarded to United Materials of Great Falls, Inc., awarded amount is $ 1,221 ,310.50. CONTRACTORS and any of the CONTRACTORS subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER. The project consists of two schedules: Schedule 1 (North Section) includes minor pavement repairs, spot leveling/patching, plant mix overlay, and seal & cover on approximately 2.5 miles of the Ulm - Vaughn Road. Schedule 2 (South Section) includes transverse crack mastic repair/leveling, crack sealing, minor digout repair, and seal & cover on approximately 3.5 miles of the Ulm - Vaughn Road.
