Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
City ofColumbia Parks and Recreation is seeking a contractor to provide materials, components, service and labor necessary for the playground installation of an independent group play feature appropriate for ages 5 - 12, as well as an independent group play feature for ages 2-5 at Albert-Oakland Park Playground. Proposed playground area is approximately ninety one (91) feet x forty five (45) feet, a total of four thousand (4,000) square feet (SF). An AutoCAD drawing is available upon request. The City is looking for creative and innovative play equipment. Proposed playground for Albert-Oakland Park shall not exceed the City of Columbia budget of one hundred forty five thousand dollars ($145,000.00). All questions concerning the solicitation and specifications shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the name below. You are encouraged to submit your questions via e-mail. Any oral responses to any question shall be unofficial and not binding on the City of Columbia. An Addendum to this RFP providing the City of Columbia’s official response will be issued if necessary to all known prospective offerors.
