The City of Andover is committed to a transparent public bid opening and will continue this commitment during the COVID-19 crisis. The City of Andover is also committed to the health and public safety. The bidding requirements and contract documents consist of: Complete Plan Set; and Project Manual containing Invitation to Bid, Bidder Qualification, Information for Bidders, Instruction to Bidders, Bid Form, Bid Bond, Notice of Award, Agreement, Notice to Proceed, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Statutory Bond, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Construction Specifications, and Special Provisions. The Engineers responsible for the project design and preparation of the above referenced documents is: MKEC Engineering, Inc., 411 N. Webb Road, Wichita, Kansas. Attn: Kevin Graham, kqraham@mkec.com Plans accepted and bidding of this project authorized by the Director of Public Works and Utilities on May 25, 2023.
