Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Brownwood, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a 21,780-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Successful Contractor must comply with all requirements and conditions of this specification. Failure could result in rejection of bid. State the standard warranty. The successful Contractor shall provide a list of any required scheduled maintenance activities required to ensure compliance with any applicable warranties. Project to be constructed to Conceptual Drawing on page 7. Sidewalk to be placed by Standard Sidewalk Details on page 8. The City of Brownwood, Texas, is seeking Request for Proposals for the Coggin Park Walking Trail. Scope of Work: Construct a 2,700 LF 8' wide 4" thick concrete walking trail. Issuance of this RFP does not commit the City to award a contract or pay any costs incurred associated with preparing responses to this RFP. Responders shall be responsible for all associated costs incurred in preparing their RFP package and participation in the process. City Hall is located at 501 Center Ave, Texas 76801. City Hall is open from Monday - Friday from 8:00-5:00.
