THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF DRAWINGS SHOWING REPLACEMENT OF SELECTED DETERIORATED AIRFIELD PAVEMENT ALONG TAXIWAY ECHO AND THE RUNWAY 25 THRESHOLD, INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF NEW APRON PAVEMENT ADJACENT TO TAXIWAY CHARLIE WITHIN THE TRANSIENT RAMP, ALL LOCATED WITHIN THE NAVAL AIR STATION WHIDBEY APPROXIMATELY 390,585 SQUARE-FEET OF EXISTING CONCRETE TAXIWAY PAVEMENT AND ASPHALT CONCRETE SHOULDER PAVEMENT WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED ALONG TAXIWAY ECHO, AND NORTH APRON, REPLACE PAVEMENT MARKINGS IN KIND APPROXIMATELY 258,943 SQUARE-FEET OF EXISTING CONCRETE RUNWAY PAVEMENT INCLUDING ASPHALT CONCRETE SHOULDER PAVEMENT WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED AT THE RUNWAY 25 THRESHOLD APPROXIMATELY 84,189 SQUARE-FEET OF NEW TAXILANE/APRON CONCRETE PAVEMENT INCLUDING ASPHALT CONCRETE SHOULDERS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ADJACENT TO TAXIWAY CHARLIE AT THE TRANSIENT RAMP. NEW STORMWATER CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE INFILL AREAS TO CONVEY RUNOFF TO OIL WATER SEPARATOR (OWS) #8, WITH RESIZING/REHABILITATION OF EXISTING DOWNSTREAM STORMWATER CONVEYANCE PIPES AT TAXIWAY JULIET, WITHIN THE NORTH RAMP, AND BEFORE OWS #8. NEW EDGE LIGHTING FIXTURES AND OTHER SUPPORTING ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE INFILL AREAS TO SUPPORT THE EXTENDED PERIMETER
