Renovation of a municipal facility in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Project scope consists of but is not limited to: demolition of existing main distribution switchboard and 300kVA & 45kVA, 480:208Y/120V step down transformers; providing a new generator and distribution, automatic transfer switches, manual transfer switch (Generator Docking Station), and all associated feeders. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Through this Invitation to Bid (ITB), Utah County intends to select a contractor to provide electrical upgrades to the Utah County Administration Building located at 100 East Center Street in Provo as per the attached specifications and drawings.
