Consultant firm information has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This is Phase II of the modernization of Cincinnati State Technical & Community College's current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Ellucian Colleague. The College is modernizing the ERP system to maintain compliance and support of this critical infrastructure, and to enhance institutional and student outcomes related to enrollment, retention and graduation. As such the College requests qualifications from interested parties to provide the following scope of work. Phase II is on-going execution of Phase I of project. Phase I was bid in 2020, and is being executed by the College and vendor awarded the Phase I bid. The College did not have funding to complete Phases I and II in 2020, but subsequent appropriations from the State of Ohio will be used for Phase II and are sufficient to ensure completion of the project. In addition to ERP conversion, the College has its Phase I consultants have identified several infrastructure projects and will require support during Phase II to complete these projects. The selected Consultant, as a portion of its required Scope of Services and prior to submitting its proposals, will discuss and clarify with the Owner and/or Contracting Authority, the cost breakdown of the Agreement detailed cost components to address the Owner's project requirements. Participate in the Encouraging Growth, Diversity & Equity ("EDGE") Program as required by statute and the Agreement.
