Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Joliette, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 8,500-square-foot, one-story above grade, 10-room elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a palliative and end-of-life care pavilion integrated into the CISSS facilities and located near the Sylvie-Lespérance Long-Term Care Centre. The new building will house 10 palliative care beds in single rooms with a bathroom and a shower, medical offices for an interdisciplinary team providing support, pain control, social services and spiritual care, service and technical rooms. TIMELINE: The project is going through the reglementary approval process. Scope of work, budget and timelines of the project development will be finalized if/when the project is approved. The project will be followed when it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
