The selected CMaR shall perform all pre-construction and construction phase services reasonably necessary for this project. The outline scope of services below is meant to give Firms an outline of the minimum services required for this project. A. PHASE 1 - PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES 1. SITE DESIGN a. Site Logistic Study b. Prepare construction delivery, staging, and site utilization plan c. Identify critical environmental, grading, and other issues that require management control d. Identify and define site and utility construction plan and sequencing e. Identify retaining wall design issues, sequence, and methods of construction f. Cost Estimates and Scheduling g. Demolition /Modification of existing site improvements The City of Rock Hill will receive submissions for the Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) Firm for McGirt Auditorium Renovation DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: June 26, 2023
