Site work for a civil project in Stanford, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
We are awarding Schedule I – Base Bid $1,163,833.00 and Additive Alternate 1 $239,777.00 to COP Construction LLC. Schedule 2 – Base to Maguire Iron, Inc. Schedule I - Base Bid: Includes 2nd Ave N Alignment, 3rd Ave S Alignment, and 2nd Ave S Alignment. Replace nine (9) blocks of water main with 6" PVC , reconnect water services, water main connections, and fire hydrants. Additive Alternative 1: 1st Avenue S Alignment Replace two (2) blocks of aging water main with 6" PVC, reconnect water services, water main connections, and fire hydrants. Additive Alternative 2: Central Avenue Alignment Replace three (3) blocks of aging water main with 6" PVC, reconnect water services, water main connections, and fire hydrants. Additive Alternative 3: 1st Avenue N Alignment Replace two (2) blocks of aging water main with 6" PVC, reconnect water services, water main connections, and fire hydrants. Schedule II - Base Bid: Repair and paint interior of one (1) 318,000-gallon elevated water storage tank (145'H). Bid Result. SCHEDULE I:Do-All Construction $1,156,555.40 SCHEDULE II:Maguire Iron, Inc. $188,350.00
