Burrillville Housing Authority is now soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for several large projects that will be assigned by task order for Ashton Court, 77 Ashton Court, Burrillville, RI 02830. The professional services requested include the design and development of plans and specifications for capital projects and upgrades to Ashton Court. The works includes the development of bid documents, supervising the project and all other services related to contract management of proposed work. The services also include the preparation of a 5-year physical needs assessment for Ashton Court and the scope may be expanded with satisfactory performance. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all of the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments in its entirety The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of June 8, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
