Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.

Upgrades to the Black Creek Sanitary Trunk System (STS). The project will proceed as part of the drainage improvements planned for the area to accommodate flows for projecting 2041 population and employment growth and beyond; reduce surcharge levels of the Black Creek Sanitary Trunk; Sewer (STS) during wet weather events; reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO) discharge to the Black Creek watercourse; and reduce stormwater infiltration and inflow into trunk sewers. The scope includes implementing Wet Weather Flow reduction measures along the existing Black Creek STS install two new sanitary trunk sewers and a new combined storage tank and tunnel in the vicinity of Rockcliffe Court complete sewer upgrades along Keele Street between Eglinton Avenue West and Donald Avenue. TIMELINE: Detailed design is 60 percent complete. Prequalification for contactors will be issued summer/fall 2024. Invited tender is anticipated summer 2025 for construction early 2026.
