Renovation of a medical facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,382-square-foot medical facility.
Project No: 2122-006-00, D22-2834.00 MD Anderson seeks to procure Competitive Sealed Proposals for General Construction Services for a multi-phase renovation project of spaces in Alkek Building level 3. Construction work includes architectural and MEP demo and re-building to accommodate PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) and ARD (Admission/Assessment, Recovery, and Discharge). Approximate area of construction is 18,000 sf, and the construction estimate is set at $7,000.000.00. Any occupational illness or injury that resulted into or total and permanent disability o Three occupational illnesses or injuries that resulted in hospital admittances o Explosion, fire or water damage that claimed 5% of the project's construction value Owner may evaluate the Proposals based on the anticipated completion of all or any portion of the Project. Owner reserves the right to divide the Project into multiple parts, to reject any and all Proposals and re-solicit for new Proposals, or to reject any and all Proposals and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project. Owner makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of agreement with any Respondent to this solicitation for any project and no such representation is intended or should be construed by the issuance of this solicitation
