Site work for a civil project in Sayreville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work consists of replacing butterfly valves with plug valves, replacing existing flow meters, replacing and/or modifying piping and appurtenances, installing new pipe supports, modifying existing pipe supports, cleaning wet wells and piping, coating piping and equipment, replacing waste sludge pumps, installing variable frequency drives, and electrical and instrumentation integration for new equipment Each Bidder must submit with its Bid, Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Principal and Surety Company Attorney in Fact and witnessed to and attested with an appropriate Power of Attorney attached, or a cashier's check, or treasurer's check or certified check or money order made payable to the order of the Treasurer, Middlesex County Utilities Authority and in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, not to exceed $20,000.00
