Renovation of a municipal facility in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform and complete all work. Remove 7,500 square feet of existing metal roof panels and three existing roof ventilation fans. Install new 7,500 square feet of black faced vinyl insulation and metal roof panels. Install Ash Gray color rain gutters and downspouts on the front and rear sides of the building. New roof panels shall be free of defects and shall be watertight. All existing roof panels and ventilation fans shall be disposed of by the City of North Augusta. The City of North Augusta reserves the right to waive any bid formalities and/or reject any or all bids. 1. Coordinate roofing installation so that during installation, no insulation, or other components of the building are not left exposed at the end of the workday, and subject to precipitation damage, or theft. 2. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to respond immediately to correction of roof leakage during construction. In the event of water intrusion during rain events, the contractor shall provide for repair or protection of building contents and interior. 3. Remove existing roofing material and ventilation fans down to the original decking substrate. All material removed will be disposed of by the City of North Augusta. 4. Install any metal framing that may be required to support the new roof material. 5. Install new black faced insulation/under lay system. The new insulation material shall be fully adhered to the existing deck. 6. All materials shall be installed per manufactures recommendations and their published installed manuals. 7. Install roof trim and flashing as required. 8. Install Ash Gray color gutters and downspouts in the rear and front sides of the building
