The Work as defined by this tender includes but is not limited to providing all labour, machinery, tools, apparatus, materials and other means of construction for new construction, repairs, replacement and restoration of concrete curbs, asphalt and concrete sidewalks and walkways, road repairs (both granular and asphalt), road overlay and driveway repairs at various locations complete with topsoil and sod restoration throughout the City, all in accordance with the attached drawings, terms, conditions and specifications contained herein to the satisfaction of the City of Pickering.
