Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
This RFP is being issued by Yee Hong to obtain Proposals for the replacement and installation of humidifier, ventilation motor and heating/cooling coils for make up air unit in the Yee Hong Markham Centre, and heating boiler in the Yee Hong McNicoll Centre. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in this RFP. A description of these three HVAC replacement projects to be completed under requirement is provided in the Scope of Work attached hereto as Appendix A. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. Question Deadline: 06/13/2023 02:00:00 PM ET
