This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Architectural Services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following participating agency. Conseil scolaire public du Grand-Nord de l'Ontario 296 rue Van Horne Sudbury ON P3B 1H9 This competitive procurement process ("Process") seeks to establish Vendor of Record (VOR) lists for Architectural Services. Unless otherwise allowed for in this document, only firms on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's projects. Details regarding the VOR process and procedures are detailed in Appendix B - RFSQ Particulars - Deliverables. The VOR list will be for projects with an estimated renovation/construction value of $100,000 to $2,000,000. based on the following regions: o Northwestern Ontario region which includes Longlac, Manitouwadge, Marathon, and Thunder Bay; o Algoma region which includes Dubreuilville, Sault Ste Marie, and Wawa; o Sudbury region which includes Markstay, Noelville, Elliot Lake, and the Greater Sudbury area. Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more regions. Please note, the Award List has been posted and the list is active. For any new respondents wishing to prequalify for one or more regions, proposal submissions must be submitted through Bonfire no later than March 31, 2024 by 2 PM local time.
