Renovation of a municipal facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Belknap County Commissioners are seeking bids from qualified vendors capable of providing construction management (CM) services for window replacements, façade upgrades, and entryway upgrades. Main St. Building Two Concord, NH 03301 Phone: (603) 228-8880 extension #203 amento@sheerr.com The County reserves the right to reject or accept all or any part of any bid and waive any formalities, to determine what constitutes a conforming bid, to award the bid solely as it deems to be in the best interest of the County and to waive irregularities that it considers not material to the bid. The Belknap County Complex has received ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds to remove and replace the windows of the Nursing Home, Administration wing, and Sherriff wing. Additional scope of work includes the renovation of the existing Porte Cochere, and the Ambulance Entry Canopy, along with upgrades to the front façade of selected areas of the building. The County expects the construction to be one project separated by phase, to be determined by the CM. The project will not be encumbered by Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. All questions and responses will be posted after the question submission deadline. In addition, all addendums will also be posted there as well.
