Corrosion resistant materials to be used where stainless steel is not available. Overhead Door: - 16' wide x 20' high non-insulated garage door - High-lift track installed for maximum clearance when door is open - Chain hoist - Steel frame building on concrete base will require frame-in with pressure treated lumber - Must include Pass Door kit with door closer.
