This phase will improve areas of condition and capacity concerns across Arvada and will include methods such as slip lining, HDD, and open cut as described in the Bid Documents. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Evidence of these qualifications must be submitted. 1. Successful installation of an average of 10,000 LF or more of 8–24-inch waterline in the Front Range of Colorado in each of the last three calendar years. Front Range Colorado is defined as Fort Collins to Pueblo. 2. Three references: two of which must be on projects for the proposed Project Manager and one of which must be on projects for the proposed superintendent. All references must be from Colorado entities. 3. Resumes for the proposed superintendent and project manager must be provided. 4. At least five years of experience in similar slip lining and annular grouting methods to those proposed for use on this job. 5. At least five (5) installations via Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) of at least 2-inch nominal diameter HDPE with a minimum of 250 feet each and that have been installed within the last five (5) years in the Front Range of Colorado. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the City that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligation of the Contract Agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein.
