Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Gravette, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a stadium.
Scope of work shall include addition of new ground mounted pole lighting at the North end of the stadium, below grade electrical service, selective sidewalk demolition and restoration, and trenching and resod. A bid bond or a cashier’s check in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid. Bidders must comply with requirements of Contractor’s Licensing Law of the State of Arkansas Act 150 of 1965 as amended, and must be qualified in all respects to do business in the State of Arkansas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in any solicitation or bid response.
