HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work shall include, but are not limited to, the provision of and the supply of all labour, materials, transportation and equipment required for the performance of janitorial services, including the cleaning of public areas in HYI residential buildings in accordance with the requirements of this RFP at HYI-owned residential buildings located throughout the Region. For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: BID DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00). BIDDER'S INFORMATION MEETING: A Bidders' Information Meeting will not be required in this RFP. QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFP should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button. Duration in months: 12
