Renovation of a medical facility in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
CR Number: 2128558 Scope of Work: 1. This project includes the replacement of roofing systems and skylights at the Veterinary Medical Center. The project will be phased over multiple construction seasons and includes the replacement of two (2) roof areas (1164-001 and 1164-007), with alternate pricing for three (3) additional roof areas (1164-001B, 1164-008, and 1163-001). 2. The existing ballasted roof system will be demolished and replaced with a KEE PVC roof assembly on existing concrete and/or metal decks. Work also includes skylight replacement, roof ladder, guard rails, lightning protection, lighting, and the modification of various rooftop mechanical supports, curbs, and equipment to accommodate the new roofing system. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6.40% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5.59% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6.00% Contract term: Work shall be completed within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days after Owner written Notice to Proceed.
