Renovation of a detention facility in Dalton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Roof Replacement Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance will be required with the Whitfield County Board of Commissioners listed as an additional insured. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount. The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Whitfield County All questions are to be directed to the County Engineer's Office by email at kbenson@whitfieldcountyga.com . Any breach of this requirement will result in Bidder's disqualification. The undersigned CONTRACTOR, having examined the site, and having full knowledge of the condition under which the work described herein must be performed, hereby proposes that she/he will fulfill the obligations contain herein in accordance with all instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications set forth; and that she/he will furnish all required products/services and pay all incidental costs in strict conformity with these documents for the stated prices as payment in full.
