As of July 19, 2023, project was awarded to Broome Bituminous Products Inc., awarded amount is $258,795.00. CR Number: 2098785 Harford Road Pavement Overlay Town of Richford Tioga County, New York This is a locally funded project that will include an asphalt leveling course and a pavement overlay with 1 1/2 " Hot Mix Asphalt. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. Tioga County is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. Tioga County is exempt under Section 1116 of the New York State Tax Law, and therefore, no sales tax shall be included in the bid. Tioga County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any Bid or individual item or items which may be deemed most favorable to its best interests.
