Option 1: Warner Wetland Vault Toilet Replacement Work Includes: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work specified within these specifications and as shown on the drawings. General Requirements The intent of these requirements is not to give all technical specifications, but instead to give general job requirements such that the prospective bidder will be able to make a proposal to the government.
