The contractor or supplier who provides materials, supplies, equipment and/or services for this construction project shall attempt to achieve the specific overall MBE goal of 20 percent established for this project. Any MBE firms bidding should review the provisions in COMAR 21.11.03.12-1 for counting a portion of self-performance toward meeting the stated goals.
