Reference Number : 1732321 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-06-16 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Rivière-au-Tonnerre is asking for bids for the winter maintenance of certain roads and land on its territory according to three options: 1 year option (2023-2024 season); 3-year option (2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 seasons); 5-year option (seasons 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028). The quotes and contract documents contain the documents to be filed and all the conditions related to this contract. These documents can be obtained on the www.seao.ca website as of today. To be valid, the tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender for the 1-year option (2023-2024), in the form provided for in tender documents. Only bids submitted by contractors with an establishment in Canada will be considered. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and bear the mention "Municipality of Rivière-au-Tonnerre-Maintenance and snow removal of winter roads". The latter must reach the office of the Municipality of Rivière-au-Tonnerre before June 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., where they will be publicly opened at the same place immediately after the date and time limits for the submission of tenders, in the presence of the persons interested.
