Site work for a swimming pool in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The improvement includes Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) crack sealing, PCC joint repairs, and painting, all in accordance with the contract documents, located at 2601 Hubbell Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. For repairs that are over 1/4-inch on all surfaces a Sika (SikaQuick VOH) CI Polymer will be used. This is a one-component polymer-modified concrete, 6000 psi material. Payment is made at the rate of a bag of Sika VOH concrete equals a gallon of 218. Commence the above-described work on or after the date a Notice to Proceed is issued by the Jurisdiction and fully complete said work not later than May 15, 2024; and to pay liquidated damages for noncompliance with said completion provisions in the amount of five hundred and no/100 dollars ($500.00) for each calendar day thereafter that the work remains incomplete $93,000 for highway, bridge, and culvert projects, also called horizontal infrastructure $196,000 for other public improvements, also called vertical infrastructure The Jurisdiction reserves the right to reject any and all bids
