HI NOAA MALO(1) Mauna Loa Access Road NOAA Mauna Loa Observatory Design-Build Request For Qualifications The Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is conducting a "two phased" Design-Build (D-B) selection process for the Mauna Loa Access Road project. Under this Notice, CFLHD is soliciting D-B firms/teams (Proposer) to participate in a Phase One - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - of the selection process. This is NOT a Request for Proposal. A solicitation package is not available. All questions must be consolidated and submitted on a word document and emailed to cflcontracts@dot.gov with 6982AF24R000004 - HI NOAA MALO (1) Mauna Loa Access Road - SOQ RFI in the subject line. Questions must be submitted by June 26, 2024, 4:00 p.m. Local Mountain Time. This Request for Qualifications is being issued in advance of the development and review of the environmental documentation that will determine the final Scope of Work and other project requirements.
