As of August 29, 2023, project was awarded to Wurster Construction Company but awarded amount is not available. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days before awarding contracts Bid security in the amount of two percent (2%) of the bid amount, including alternates, must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check which shall be payable to the Board of Commissioners of Johnson County, Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price prior to the execution of contracts. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding
