The General Description and project specifications apply to: new chain link fencing and site work coordination for the installation of grandstand bleachers (provided by the Owner) at the existing turf fields; existing DeMayo Baseball field renovations (relocate infield, install new backstop with cantilever, infield mix, chain link fencing with topper, foul poles, precast concrete dugout enclosures, bituminous walks, outfield fencing with warning track, sod and irrigation and associated field accessories, electrical, drainage, earthwork loaming and seeding); existing Brozek Softball field renovations (resize outfield, new infield mix, new chain link fencing with topper, foul poles, precast concrete dugout enclosures, bituminous walks, warning tack, new backstop and irrigation adjustments and associated field accessories, electrical, drainage, earthwork loaming and seeding); activation, evaluation, and adjustments for a complete working irrigation system at DeMayo, Brozek, All-purpose, and JV fields; and replacement of existing sports lighting with low glare LED lighting at the DeMayo baseball and Brozek softball fields. ll questions regarding the Bid Specifications and Plans referred to as Board of Education (BOE) Athletic Facilities Improvements Project, North Haven, Project No. 23-13 shall be submitted in writing and on or before 2:00 P.M.
